Program Overview
What This Program Does
Our Therapy Programmes are dedicated to helping children with special needs achieve greater independence, improved health, and enhanced quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation and therapeutic support. Recognizing that every child develops differently, Reach & Touch Charity Initiative works alongside qualified therapists, healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to deliver personalized interventions that address each child's unique developmental needs.
The programme provides access to speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, behavioural therapy, sensory integration, psychosocial support, and early intervention services. We also facilitate assessments, referrals, and individualized care plans that help children overcome developmental challenges while strengthening their communication, mobility, social interaction, and daily living skills. Our approach emphasizes family involvement, ensuring that parents and caregivers receive guidance on supporting therapeutic activities at home.
Beyond direct therapy services, we advocate for greater access to rehabilitation services in underserved communities and collaborate with healthcare institutions to improve service delivery for children living with disabilities. Through outreach clinics, therapy camps, awareness campaigns, and professional partnerships, we continue expanding opportunities for children who would otherwise have limited access to specialized care.
By combining professional expertise with compassion and community support, our Therapy Programmes empower children to reach important developmental milestones, improve their confidence, and participate more actively in school, family, and community life. Every therapy session represents another step toward independence, inclusion, and a brighter future.

Caregiver Empowerment & Emotional Support
A mother of a child with special needs reported experiencing isolation and emotional burnout. After participating in structured caregiver support sessions organised by the Initiative, she gained practical coping strategies, connected with other parents facing similar challenges, and developed stronger advocacy skills for her child.
